This guide is for all birthing bodies to use regardless of what medical interventions/supports may be desired or needed. This guide has been used by women who have delivered their babies both vaginally and by cesarian section with good results.

While it is ideal to be under the care of a licensed acupuncturist or experienced ayurvedic practitioner, this guide makes an excellent foundation for this precious transition into the postpartum period and can be used in addition to regular acupuncture care.
