Recipe: Nourishing Berry Tea for Building Blood
This simple tisane (herbal brew) is delicious and wonderful way to get the benefits of Mulberry and Goji. These little berries are seen as blood builders in Chinese Medicine, so ideal for menstruation, postpartum, or when you’re run down. The sweetness acts as a balm for the heart.
If you run cold, consider adding a pinch of ground ginger to your mug.
If you run hot, consider adding a little mint, chamomile, or even chrysanthemum.

Nourishing Berry Tea
2 dried mulberries
3 dried goji berries
Place berries in a mug and cover with hot water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes then sip. Eat the now-plump berries at the bottom when you’re done with the tasty water. Delight!
